Individual Therapy
I offer individual adult psychotherapy online or in person in SE Portland. I am licensed in Oregon and can work with Oregon residents.
I can sometimes work with people in other locations based on the laws where you reside. I occasionally work with teenagers, although it is not my specialty.
Group Therapy
I am a Certified Group Psychotherapist and I offer therapy groups to adults. Check out the groups page to learn more.
Training Groups
I offer training groups with a focus on LGBTQIA2+ and neuro-affirming groups. These are experiential training groups for helping professionals, to learn to do group therapy. See the training groups page for more information.
Supervision and Consultation
I offer consultation to other helping professionals worldwide, including for individuals seeking their credential as a Certified Group Psychotherapist. I particularly enjoy working with other queer, trans, and autistic folks.
Although I am qualified to offer LPC and LMFT supervision in Oregon, I generally prefer to work with people outside the framework of supervision for licensure. If you are curious to see if we might be a good fit, please reach out.
Fees and Insurance
Full fee for individual therapy, supervision, and consultation is $220 an hour. Full fee for groups is $80 for therapy groups and $90 for training groups. I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots, please inquire if that would be helpful to you.
I accept HealthShare/CareOregon, other HealthShare CCOs in Oregon, and PacificSource Commercial. I can also accept FSAs/HSAs. I am happy to provide you with a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, although I only bill the insurance companies I am paneled with.
