Individual Therapy

I’m in the process of transitioning my work to Queer Confluence, and as part of that I’m building a new website.
Please pardon the dust. 😉

We could all use a little help sometimes in sorting things out. I trust in your innate wisdom to help us figure out how to do that.

I like building an individual approach to therapy with each of my clients, because nobody want to get cookie-cuttered in therapy, and I want to support the uniqueness in you— so of course therapy has to be unique to you!

My style as a therapist is relational, queer, autistic, analytical, warm, embodied, and mindful. I swear and use humor and a lot of metaphors. With clients who like Hakomi, I can do Hakomi. For folks who like IFS, I can do IFS. I can also do easygoing DBT for folks who like skills, and I can do relational therapy for folks who like to focus on the relationship. I also really like using queer-, trans-, and neuro-affirming frameworks in therapy. That really seems to help sort out what’s ‘about you’ from what’s ‘about this weird culture we live in.’

Okay, that’s about me, I’m interested in learning about you. 😉

If you feel called, please drop me a line & we can see what’s possible for our work together.

Looking forward to supporting you on your journey. 🙂
